Beatific Events provides coordination for every facet of your wedding, from full-service planning, coordination and design, to day-of-coordination…down to the smallest of details. Our experience and passion for both corporate events and wedding planning has allowed us to foster relationships with industry professionals to make your event a success. Blessed with organizational skills, and an uncanny attention to detail, we will exact your vision to create an affair that is truly memorable.

 

The planning of a spectacular event may be an overwhelming experience, and finding the right connections to make your event a success may seem almost near impossible, but don’t worry - you can leave it up to Beatific Events. Their goal is to create a memorable event that will surpass your expectations!

 

We have a dynamic team of coordinators that will be hand selected to cater to your every need. With over 18 years of event experience our team has coordinated thousands of weddings in a variety of venues. We find each wedding is just as exciting as the very first one and all have different aspects to make them memorable.

Turning a Vision into Reality

Valerie's middle name on her birth certificate should probably be changed to planner! She's been professionally planning events for over 18 years. She can help bring any vision to life, find you the perfect vendors, keep you on track and do away with your wedding stress. She's seen it all, from quaint backyard weddings to a groom riding in on an elephant! She can tell you some great stories, but most importantly she has the experience to ensure your day is what dreams are made of. If she's not coordinating you can find her hiking with her husband, son and 3 pups.

A Perfectionist on Every Detail 

Kristyn has been a part of our team for 8 years. She has a natural knack for all things details and will remember everything you ever tell her. She ensures the team you have working around you from your dj, florist, caterer, etc. are all on point. Nothing sneaks past her when she is focused on your perfect day! She'll keep you smiling and stress free all the way down the aisle!

In her spare time you'll find her score-keeping on the baseball field for her son, shopping til she drops, and dancing the night away to a good country song.

A Woman of Many Talents

From the time she was old enough to know what a wedding was, Sheerah fell in love. From the car, she would point out brides like they were a celebrity, begging her parents to slow the car down so she could see the wedding, the pretty dresses, the decorations. That love for weddings at a young age fuels the passion she has to make sure each couple has the day of their dreams. With over 12 years experience coordinating projects and events, including pageants and weddings, her expertise includes photography, design, hair and makeup, and detail-oriented skills needed for making your special day, special.

Outside of weddings, Sheerah enjoys writing, photography, singing and playing the piano for her church’s worship team, going to the beach, and spending time with her family. Creating Your Happily Ever After

Planning and organizing is fun for Vicki, which is why she has been doing it for over 15 years! Her passion is to make your dream wedding come to life, whatever that may mean to you. She enjoys learning what makes each client unique and creating a wedding that reflects both personalities. Her degree in Business Management helps her to think big picture while pulling together all those individual details together to make a cohesive look for your special day.

 

Bonus Info: Vicki is a tech geek who loves to read books as much as she enjoys watching movies. She has also been known to watch football while sewing her next costume for Comic-Con.
