This package is ideally suited for the bride who wants to handle a majority of the details for her wedding. Day-of coordination is designed to allow the bride to relax and enjoy her wedding experience but still have the flexibility of making all the choices! Beatific Events will assist with wedding details starting with an initial consultation, and meet again a month prior to the wedding to organize your details. This package includes: initial consultation, polishing of the wedding day timeline, confirmation and coordination of all vendor services, ceremony and reception set up, event management, gift and items packing, hand-off of final payments and unlimited phone or email consultation.
Full Service Package
This package is perfect for individuals who are busy or are planning their wedding from a long distance. Beatific Events will take care of every detail to relieve you of the stresses involved in preparing for your day. In addition to the services provided in Day-of Coordination, this package includes five planning sessions. Beatific Events will help you with budget preparation, a monthly planning timeline, venue selection, site visits, vendor recommendation, scheduling appointments, a creative preference outline, as well as provide unlimited phone or email consultation. The happy couple may also choose to have Beatific Events arrange weekend activities for out-of-town travelers.
Each package includes a lead coordinator, an assistant, and use of a bridal "save-the-day kit". Prices vary based on location and number of guests.
